Order Processing Time. After your order confirmation is received, all purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing durations may lengthen when we encounter surges in order volume. Customers will be promptly alerted if any major delays arise.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping fees for your purchase will be calculated and shown to you at checkout. Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery period of 15 business days. Delivery timelines are estimations only and may fluctuate as a result of courier hold-ups, customs screening, adverse weather, logistical limitations or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. Once your goods leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking references. Tracking data typically becomes accessible within 24-48 hours after dispatch. You can follow the transit progress of your electronics package using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer. Please double-check your delivery address is complete and accurate while finalizing checkout. Cheung Ning KWok accepts no responsibility for parcels delivered to inaccurate or incomplete addresses submitted by customers. If a shipment is returned due to address mistakes, reshipping charges will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages. If your parcel is lost while in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days after the expected delivery date so we can launch an investigation. If electronic products arrive damaged upon receipt, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and supply clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging materials. We will examine your claim and settle the matter quickly.
Electronics Handling and Usage Notice. Each electronic device should be operated strictly in accordance with the included user manual. Cheung Ning KWok shall not be liable for defects or damage resulting from improper power connection, unauthorized disassembly, incorrect operation or other misuse of the electronic products.
International Shipping and Customs Notice. For cross-border shipments, customs duties, import taxes and other related levies may apply based on the destination region. All such charges fall to the customer and are not covered within the product price or shipping cost.
